Title:  Concession Manager

 

Reports to:  Activities Director

 

Performance Responsibilities: 

1. To order all inventory for the Concession sales for Fall & Winter sporting events scheduled between mid-August and March 1st.
2. To carefully monitor concession inventory.
3. To account for and to deposit with Account Payable Clerk all receipts from concession sales.
